ESRI Economic Policy Forum

   The Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) will hold its "ESRI- Economic Policy Forum" aiming 1) to clarify the arguments on current important policy issues, 2) to make a contribution to policy making, and 3) to stimulate public discussion on the issues.

   The forum is organized as an open- panel discussion by the scholars and experts outside government with experts from ESRI. The results of the forum will be published on our website in due course.

(Frequency)
   ESRI plans to hold the forum once every two months, or twice a quarter.
   The first forum will be held on March 1(Thur.). The topic is ´Monetary Policy- the Effectiveness and Possibility of Further Relaxation´.
 
(Topics)
   Topics will be chosen from current important policy issues, including ones about which divergent policy alternatives are presented.
 
(Open to the Public)
