PURPOSE of the FORUM

This forum intends that the outcome of the research "Toward the Sustainable Growth and the Financial Reconstruction in the Aging Society" will be released widely and discussed.

Our country will accelerate demographic aging and labor force will decline, down by 10 million people in 2030. To maintain vitality of the economy, we need expand the labor participation of aged people and women, enhance job satisfaction and strengthen the labor market in both quality and quantity.

Therefore, We will hold the international forum "To enhance job satisfaction and promote participation of jobs- search for what the labor market should be-".
